You will need
1 Avocado (Ripe)
Cracked Pepper
Lemon or Lemon Juice
4 slices of Brio’s Nutritious Grain and Seed Bread
How to make it? How long will it take?

- Place the bread slices on a tray
- De-stone the avocado, cut it into two and slice each half into thin slivers
- Place slices of avocado on each slice of bread
- Squeeze lemon or sprinkle lemon juice liberally
- Sprinkle cracked pepper and salt on each bread slice and serve
