1 Avocado (Ripe)

Cracked Pepper

Lemon or Lemon Juice

4 slices of Brio’s Nutritious Grain and Seed Bread

How to make it? How long will it take?

10 minutes | Serves 2

  1. Place the bread slices on a tray
  2. De-stone the avocado, cut it into two and slice each half into thin slivers
  3. Place slices of avocado on each slice of bread
  4. Squeeze lemon or sprinkle lemon juice liberally
  5. Sprinkle cracked pepper and salt on each bread slice and serve
